Police have discovered an illegal arsenal of guns and ammunition kept by two residents of Stolniceni village, Hancesti district, the Ministry of Interiors reported. The findings include a 7.62 caliber Kalashnikov rifle, a hunting weapon kept without permit, six grenade charges, a RGD-type grenade, 93 bullets of 7.62 mm caliber, 90 bullets of 5.45 mm, a Margo pistol, etc. The men, ages 50 and 45, will now face criminal charges. They risk fines ranging from 6,000 to 12,000 lei, from 180 to 240 hours of community service, or up to 5 years' imprisonment terms.
