The driver of a minibus running on route No. 163 in Chisinau was caught driving under the influence in the morning of February 9. He was stopped by the police when he was going towards the terminus to start work, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to the Traffic Police Division, the concentration of alcohol in the air expired by the driver was 0.55 mg/l. The 34-year-old man risks being investigated criminally for driving under the influence of alcohol. The check was carried out within the Safe Transport operation. In the morning of February 9, between 07.30 and 9.30, six police teams stopped 95 minibuses and 27 cars working as taxis on the territory of Chisinau municipality.
