Police catch house and office robbers

The police arrested two criminal groups that are suspected of having robbed houses and offices during the last few months.
The first group includes two boys aged 16 and 18 from Vatra town, who already had been in conflict with the law, General Police Commissariat spokesman Adrian Jovmir has told Info-Prim Neo,
According to the police, last December the young men broke into a number of villas in Truseni village by damaging the windows and locks at night, when the owners weren't there.
The teens admitted to stealing carpets, cameras, vacuum cleaners and other domestic devices to the value of over 36,000 lei. The number of victims has not been yet established.
The police also caught two 24-year-old men from the capital city, who had been earlier tried. They are suspected of stealing electronic equipment from Chisinau offices. The value of the stolen goods is yet to be determined.
In both of the cases, the young men face up to four years in jail.
