The corrupting element will thus be eliminated,” Guzun stated. The Code defines a driver to be driving under the influence of alcohol if the blood alcohol content (BAC) is between 0.2 g/l and 0.8 g/l, and breath alcohol concentration (BrAC) is between 0.1 mg/l and 0.4 mg/l; and driving under the strong influence of alcohol if BAC and BrAC are greater than 0.8 g/l and 0.4 mg/l, respectively.
