Police arrested three gangs, one specializing in car thefts and two other in robberies, Alexandru Jizdan, department chief at the Interiors Ministry, has told a press conference on Tuesday, Info-Prim Neo reports.
Jizdan said the gangs operated in Chisinau and the district of Floresti. Some members were wearing masks during robberies.
According to police, all the members, 10 in total, have criminal records.
