The Chisinau police arrested the last suspect in the murder committed in Sangera town this February. The body of the victim was found in a wood nearby this May.

Contacted by IPN, head of the press service of the Chisinau Police Division Adrian Jovmir said that the victim aged 40 is from Leova district. He was beaten cruelly by two men aged 19 and 41 and a 39-year-old woman from Sangera.

The incident happened in the woman’s house. The victim drank alcoholic beverages together with the three persons. As a result of a conflict between the victim and the owner of the house, two of the suspects stabbed the victim to death and then took him to a wood, where they set fire to him and buried him.

The suspects are investigated under arrest and face 25 to 20 years in jail or life detention.
