The police arrested four persons who are suspected of intending to put narcotic substances into circulation in Chisinau. The group’s head was put on the wanted list for large-scale swindles, IPN reports.

According to the Chisinau Police Division, the suspects, aged between 18 and 29, who are from Chisinau, Orhei, Telenesti and Balti, were arrested in Ciocana district of Chisinau, in rented accommodations, where the police broke in together with employees of the special brigade “Fulger”.

As a result of searches, the police found and seized a pistol kept illegally, handmade devices for taking drugs and vegetal and synthetic narcotic substances. The suspects face three to seven years behind bars.
