The deputy head of the Liberal Democratic Party (PLDM) Vadim Pistrinciuc does not exclude the risk of protests after the November 30 elections. He forecast such a development in the program “Pahomi” on Realitatea TV channel, IPN reports.
According to Pistrinciuc, protests can be mounted if the electrons are won by the anti-European parties because the people will take to the streets to defend their European aspirations. “If the elections are won by these parties, this will be an economic, political and social tragedy for Moldova,” he stated. In the same connection, the deputy head of the PLDM noted that their party cares a lot about peace in Moldova and will not allow events similar to the maidan in Ukraine to take place.
Asked about the possibility of including Liberal-Reformist MP Ana Gutu in the PLDM’s list of candidates following her call to the Liberal-Reformists to abandon the electoral race, Pistrnciuc said this is no possible because the list was already approved, while the party has many well-trained young people who worked a lot for the PLDM and will be able to cope with different public posts.
Vadim Pistrinciuc also said that the current election campaign is smooth, but harsh attacks between the election runners are still possible.
