In connection with the celebration of World Environment Day, the United Nations Development Program in Moldova stages a festive program with a piano recital in “Valea Morilor” Park of Chisinau on June 4, IPN reports.

The program starts at 4pm with thematic workshops that will focus on tourism, recycling, energy efficiency, composting techniques and other topics and will continue with training seminars and recreational activities for grownups and children. There will be mounted thematic exhibitions and a fair of natural products.

Starting at 8pm, Moldovan pianist Marcel Lazar will give a recital.

World Environment Day in 2016 was also celebrated in “Valea Morilor” Park.
