The fullback of the national football team of Moldova Petru Racu will play for FC Sheriff. This signed a cooperation contract with the team from Tiraspol, IPN reports, quoting the football club’s website.

Milsami Orhei was the last team for which the 29-year-old footballer played. Racu developed as a player with Zimbru Chisinau and then played abroad for Norcoping in Sweden and MYpA in Finland.

Petru Racu has played 44 matches for the national football team of Moldova.
