Petrocub signs three new players

Petrocub Hâncești signed the first players this winter. The team trained by Lilian Popescu will now include goalkeeper Dorian Răilean and central fullback Ștefan Burghiu of Sfîntul Gheorghe and halfback Iaser Țurcanu of Dinamo-Auto, IPN reports.

Iaser Țurcan turns 21 on January 7. In his career, he also played for Dacia and Academia. In the 49 matches played in the National Division, Iaser acted as central fullback and as halfback. Last year he played three matches for the national Under-21 team of Moldova in the qualifying competition of the 2019 UEFA European Championship. The contract of Iaser Țurcan with Petrocub is valid for three years.

Goalkeeper Dorian Răilean signed with Petrocub for two seasons. He is 25 and earlier played for FC Tiraspol, Dacia and Sfîntul Gheorghe, gathering 94 matches in the National Division.

Ștefan Burghiu, 27, returned to Petrocub after playing for it in the 2016-2017 season during which he scored two goals in 14 matches. He then played in Kazakhstan for Zhetysu and last year played 20 matches for Sfîntul Gheorghe. Burghiu spent by three seasons with Nistru Otaci and Zimbru. He scored six goals in 177 matches of the National Division.
