Dacia-Buiucani and Petrocub tied 0-0 in the last match of the 14th stage of the National Division, IPN reports.
Petrocub considers referee Stanislav Leu didn’t validate a first half goal that was perfectly valid. “Leu is a good referee. The problem is not in him. The problem has much deeper roots,” said the coach of Petrocub Lilian Popescu.
The team from Hîncești also missed a penalty in the 60th minute, through Vladimir Ambros.
In the rankings, Petrocub remains second, but has by nine points fewer than the leader Sheriff.
On October 20 and 21, the 15th stage is played according to the following program: FC Florești - Sf. Gheorghe, Dinamo-Auto - Sheriff, Milsami - Zimbru, Codru - Dacia-Buiucani, and Petrocub - Speranța.
