The persons who have pulmonary fibrosis secondary to COVID-19 can receive tickets to sanatoriums during the first nine months of the infection, either they benefitted from rehabilitations according to plan or not, IPN reports, quoting the National House of Social Insurance (CNAS).
The sanatorium treatment tickets are issued by CNAS or by local houses of social insurance based on referral-extract (Form No.027/e) from the medical card of the stationary patient (Form No. 003/e-2012) or by presenting the medical card of the stationary patient (Form No.025/e). The insured persons can get a ticket from the main workplace.
Those who meet the conditions for obtaining a sanatorium ticket based on a number of normative documents or because they fall into two or more categories of beneficiaries can choose a ticket, based on one reason. In this case, the applicant will present a certificate showing that the person during the first nine months of the infection didn’t get a sanatorium ticket through the agency of other institutions.
