The persons with the right to vote who do not have the domicile or residence in the municipality of Chisinau, but want to vote in the capital city can submit statements of stay until October 28, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a communique from the Chisinau City Hall. The statement of stay is lodged with the district head's office located in the area where the person wants to vote. Under the law, the people who want to vote outside the place where they have their domicile must inform the local public authorities about the new place of residence not later than 30 days before the elections so that they can be written in the electoral roll of the respective poling place. Another method is to get the voting certificate that allows the person to vote at any polling place in the country. It can be obtained in the settlement where the voter has the domicile until November 27 inclusive. The early legislative elections will take place on November 28.
