The persons who self-isolate can leave the Republic of Moldova starting with September 14, 2020. But they are not exempted from punishment if they do not obey the pandemic disease prophylaxis, prevention or combating measures, IPN reports.

The Border Police said the students who are to take admission or studies completion exams are also exempted from self-isolation, but they must present confirming documents.

The same applies to those who go to study at education institutions in the country or abroad, those who travel for activities related to the completion, organization or doing of studies and the legal representative or person who accompanies the student.
