The parliamentary commission of inquiry into the way the competent bodies dealt with the tragic hunting incident in the scientific reserve “Padurea Domneasca” will question the persons involved on the spot, the commission’s chairman Anatolie Zagorodnyi said after the first meeting that was held behind closed doors, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to Anatolie Zagorodnyi, at the first stage requests for information about the persons who took part in the hunting will be made to all the state institutions. “We will ask that the information be provided as soon as possible so that we start the questioning and travel to the scene to objectively and comprehensively establish what happened on December 23, what causes and factors led to the hiding of this tragic case,” he stated. The commission of inquiry held its first meeting in the morning of January 22. In the afternoon, the commission will have one more meeting. The commission constituted on January 21 consists of nine MPs. It is to present its report on the findings in Parliament in three weeks.
