The Moldovan Culture Days in Turkey will be held in Ankara on November 23-28. The event is staged on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the proclaiming of the Independence of the Republic of Moldova, IPN reports.
According to the Ministry of Culture of Moldova, a number of cultural events, performances of folk music and dances will be staged as part of those days. The National Academic Ensemble of Folk Dance “Joc” will perform in Ankara on November 23, while the National Folk Music Orchestra “Lăutarii” will give a performance at the Presidential Symphony Orchestra in Turkey on November 24.
The Gagauz Song and Dance Ensemble “Kadînja” will also perform as part of the Moldovan Culture Days in Turkey. Paintings made by Moldovan plastic artists will be exhibited in Ankara on November 27 and 28.
