People’s artist Anatoly Latyshev died on Sunday, August 4. The Union of Musicians of Moldova (UMM) issued a condolence message in connection with the artist’s death, IPN reports.
“It is with deep sadness that we learned about the news about the death of master Anatoly Latyshev, a people’s artist, a member of the UMM. We express our sincere condolences to the grieving family. Eternal memory. May God forgive him and receive his soul in His light,” reads the Union’s message.
His stage colleagues also sent condolence messages. “My friend and everyone’s friend, people’s artist Anatoly Latyshev, passed away. We will never forget the joy and kindness of this special man, who went to heaven today. May God forgive him. Sincere condolences to the grieving family,” singer Gheorghe Topa said in a message posted on Sunday evening.
“A good friend of mine, a real Man, a great artist, an inveterate supporter of the Romanian values, Anatoly Latyshev, passed away,” wrote singer Ricky Ardezianu.
Anatolii Latyshev was born in Dobrogea Nouă village of Sângerei district on March 23, 1961. He finished ten classes in his native village, then studied accordion at the music school in Dubăsari. He also studied at “Ștefan Neaga” College of Music in Chisinau and opera music. He had been a member of the Union of Musicians of Moldova for more than two decades.
