PCRM ‘works’ with ladies who left its parliamentary group, analyst
Political analyst Igor Botan said he possesses information provided from inside the PCRM that Zinaida Greceanyi and Veronica Abramchuk, who left the Communist parliamentary group together with Igor Dodon, are being convinced to return, Info-Prim Neo reports.
”I have bad news for the AEI. The procedure for electing the head of state was launched without you consulting each other. You have only 59 votes. Dodon offered you three more votes. You did not accept. I know that the PCRM intends to further obstruct him, but ‘work’ is done with the ladies to persuade them to return. You will thus remain again without votes. If they manage to convince them to return, in a public way, this is the end,” Igor Botan said in the program “Fabrica” on Publika TV, addressing the Liberal Party leader Mihai Ghimpu. The political analyst said he reached the conclusion that Mihai Ghimpu wants to achieve what he wanted long ago – no more elections to be held.
Mihai Ghimpu said that Igor Dodon is Vlad Filat’s project. “Who was with Greceanyi and Dodon in Brussels? Filat. I have friends there and they told me. How could he go there and say that the AEI supports Zinaida Greceanyi if he did not talk with the PL? Filat does not know if he is a good hunter, but runs after two hares. He wants neither Lupu to be President nor Ghimpu to be Speaker. I do not like that a person wants absolute power and will not allow this to happen,” he stated.
He also said that he does not intend to accept Igor Dodon’s games. “He offered three votes and blackmails the AEI, which has 59 votes, with the candidacy of Greceanai and the re-formation of the Government. Who is Dodon to speak about the re-formation of the alliance?” asked Mihai Ghimpu.
He stressed that if the AEI had been a strong power in the state and the Communists felt it, they would have had the necessary votes.
