A man died and 28 people suffered injuries when the bus in which they traveled overturned in the settlement Beloci in the Transnistrian region, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting pmr.online. The accident happened on January 4. According to the inspector of the Rybnitsa Traffic Militia Department Vitali Troshchinski, at a turn from a country road to the national road the bus skidded on the icy road, passed to the opposite lane and overturned. Consequently, 28 passengers needed medical care, while 16 of them were admitted to the hospital. An elderly man died. The police said the bus was overcrowded given the large number of passengers in the period of the winter holidays.
