The parliamentary group of the Party of Action and Solidarity (PAS) has a new member. This is Vitali Gavrouc whose seat of MP was validated by the Constitutional Court on October 19, IPN reports.
The Court pronounced at the request of the Central Election Commission. The seat of MP was vacated by Igor Talmazan, who was named director of the Customs Service.
Vitali Gavrouc is a musician by profession. The pianist settled in the Russian Federation and works as at the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory.
