All the political parties are preparing for early elections because, when getting ready for them beforehand, they have the chance to avoid them. The next elections can take place in a period that will be convenient for the politicians from the former AEI, who will make everything possible to prevent the PCRM from returning to power, political analyst Igor Botan said in the program “Politica” on TV7 channel, IPN reports.

The analyst is convinced that a new alliance will be created and that Vlad Filat will be the one to bring the Holy Fire from Jerusalem on May 5 so that the Metropolitan Bishop Vladimir forgave his sins. ”The parties already came to an agreement. Only minor things are yet to be agreed. The politicians now keep up appearances. I think that after giving three public speeches, Filat will not resort to the fourth. This is the guarantee demanded by Lupu – that Filat will not withdraw from the alliance,” said Botan

Analyst Bogdan Tirdea believes that the parties that will cause early elections will be punished harshly as the voters on whom the components of the former AEI count regard the early elections as something negative. The efficiency of the new Government will be even lower than of the current one, the internal conflicts in the parliamentary majority will be even grater, and suspicions will hang over permanently.

Politician Victor Stepaniuc said that things become tenser and a new Government will be voted, but it will be a worse copy of the current Cabinet. “Until now, the four main players - Plahotniuc, Lupu, Ghimpu, and Filat – recognized the pre-eminence of the Liberal Democratic Party following the 2010 elections, but now this party moves to a secondary place and will have a Premier designated by blackmail,” he stated.

Victor Stepaniuc considers that the new Government will be even weaker and the solution is to create a broad coalition.
