Parliament's sitting will start later in connection with floods

Head of Parliament and Acting President Mihai Ghimpu is paying a fact-finding visit to the settlements affected by floods. Thus, today's sitting of the Parliament that was to start at 3pm will start two hours later, at 5pm, Info-Prim Neo reports. In a communique, the legislative body's press service informs the agenda of the sitting was modified. Besides the decision on referendum, there was included a draft decision on using the National Army in preventing and removing the consequences of natural calamities, which was submitted by Speaker Mihai Ghimpu.
