The justice sector reform and wellbeing of citizen are the priorities on which the Party of Action and Solidarity (PAS) will focus immediately after the partly comes to power, the party’s representative assured in the electoral debates staged by ProTV Chisinau. For his part, the representative of the Party “Dignity and Truth Platform” (PPPDA) is convinced that a pro-European parliamentary majority can be created by the components of the former ACUM Bloc, while the representative of the Bloc “Renato Usatîi” said the team of the mayor of Bălți will manage to replicate the projects implemented in the country’s northern capital all over the country, IPN reports.
PAS candidate for MP Dan Perciun said the probability for his party to obtain a majority independently is very big and in this case the PAS will swiftly start to form a new Government.
“We want to have a system for the external assessment of judges and prosecutors so that those who enriched themselves illegally are removed from the system, their property is confiscated and upright people come to ensure the resonant cases have an ending. We aim to attract investments to infrastructure, schools and kindergartens, to repair roads. The money will be put to good use with the EU’s assistance. There is the commitment to provide €600 million from which the Republic of Moldova can benefit if 51-52 upright and experienced MPs enter Parliament,” Dan Perciun stated in the electoral debates “You vote for you on ProTV”.
PPPDA candidate for MP Ion Terguță said only the party led by Andrei Năstase can ensure the formation of a pro-European coalition in the future Parliament. Also, the Cabinet members who didn’t ensure a quorum for allocating the money needed for elections should be penalized
“A Government of which no one is responsible can create surprises of the kind, but this does not mean that the elections should be cancelled or put off. The electoral process is obstructed by the PSRM through the agency of the ministers who remained in the Government. These people, if they don’t honor their obligations, should answer before the law. We always pleaded for unity and are under No. 9 on the ballot only because we waited for the forces of the right to show unity. A majority formed by PAS and PPPDA is the only guarantee of a pro-European Government,” started Ion Terguță.
The representative of the Bloc “Renato Usatîi” called on the voters to go to the polls this Sunday and to vote candidates with experience in public administration.
“The Bloc “Renato Usatîi” has never been in power. The experience we accumulated in mayor’s offices, local councils will be reproduced at national level. In the municipality of Bălți, Renato Usatîi showed that things can be changed. The Bălți mayor’s office during four consecutive years was named the most transparent institution,” stated the bloc’s candidate for MP Elena Gritsko.
