Parliament to consider candidacy of Tudor Tataru for member of Teleradio Board
The members of the parliamentary commission for culture, science, education, youth, sports and mass-media will propose to the Legislature for consideration the candidacy of film director Tudor Tataru to fill the vacant seat in the Supervisory Board of the Teleradio-Moldova Company.
The candidacy of Tudor Tataru has been backed with a majority vote by the Commission in its sitting on Wednesday, September 26. The other candidate put forward by the Broadcasting Coordination Council – lawyer Vitalie Nagacevschi – didn’t get the required number of votes.
If confirmed by Parliament with at least a three-fifths vote, film director Tudor Tataru will become the ninth member of the Supervisory Board for a term of 2 years and 3 months.
The position of SB member became vacant after the departure of Victoria Musteata.
