Parliament will come together for plenary meetings on August 20, 10:00AM, and August 24, 11:00AM, as decided by the legislative’s Permanent Bureau, IPN reports.
During the August 20 meeting, the MPs will hear a report on how efforts to recover assets stolen in the 2014 bank fraud have progressed. On August 24, there a number of bills to be debated in the second reading.
The second part of the August 24 meeting will be festive and will be dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Moldova’s independence. On this occasion, the MPs will welcome a number of former lawmakers who were among those who adopted the Independence Declaration on August 27 thirty years ago.
