The sitting of Parliament where the installation of the Government will be put to the vote will take place on February 18, starting at 2pm. The decision was taken by the Parliament’s Standing Bureau on February 17, IPN reports.

The Liberal Democratic Party’s candidate Chiril Gaburici was nominated for the post of Prime Minister by a presidential decree on February 14. At least 51 votes of MP are needed for the Government to be invested.

On February 12, the Leanca Government was supported by only 42 MPs.
