Moldova’s Parliament during the spring session adopted 164 legislative acts, shows the statistical report of the session that was published today by the legislature’s General Communication and Public Relations Division, IPN reports.
Of all the adopted acts, 31 are decisions, while 133 are organic laws: 96 laws to amend and supplement other laws, 20 ratification laws and 17 framework laws.
During the spring session, Parliament adopted five laws through the assumption of responsibility by the Government before the legislative body. One of these laws was declared unconstitutional. This is Law No. 56/2020 to institute measures to support the citizens and entrepreneurial activities during the state of emergency and to amend normative acts.
The 164 legislative acts were adopted during 18 plenary sessions of Parliament. The legislature’s spring session ended on July 20.
