Paris and St. Petersburg in Alla Russu's vision

An imaginary trip to Paris and St. Petersburg. It could be enjoyed by the ones who attended the personal exhibition of the painter Alla Russu on Wednesday evening, Info-Prim Neo reports. “Everything impresses me in these cities – the people, the streets, the cultural buildings. I'm fascinated by their charm, and each of them has its own peculiarity. St. Petersburg is a colored city, while Paris can be painted in white and gray,” the author of those 16 works exposed at the Constantin Brancusi exhibition center. Although not aiming at strictly delimited problems, these paintings want to bring nostalgia on us about what we see or what we would like to see in those two cities, the president of the Fine Artists Union, Anatol Rurac, told Info-Prim Neo. Alla Russu exhibits her works in entire Europe, being ever present in the artistic life of Moldova, Ukraine, Romania, and in other countries. The painter left the country in 1987 and has lived in Paris ever since. The exhibition will be on till the weekend.
