The parents of a baby born with a rare malformation of the arms ask for help in order to give their daughter the opportunity to heal and live a better life, Info-Prim Neo reports. Eduard and Daria Dogotaru from the Orhei municipality, made an appeal to ask for assistance in collecting the sum needed to cover several surgical interventions on the arms, as they are currently immobile and immovable. Doctors from the Scientific-Practical Centre of sanitary-medical expertise, prosthetic appliance and rehabilitation of handicapped patients from Saint-Petersburg promised the rehabilitation of one of the arms. The treatment is divided in 8 stages, while the cost of the first stage is USD 10 thousand.
