The former Minister of the Interior Gheorghe Papuc on January 9 was heard as a suspect in a legal case over misconduct in office during the April 7-8 events, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office (PG). The PG also said the former general police commissioner of the municipality of Chisinau Vladimir Botnari is now receiving treatment in Romania. He was summoned to go to the PG as a suspect in the same case on January 19.
