Cancelled flights and disrupted schedules are among the consequences of the security crisis in the region and crowdedness in airport. Air Moldova informs its passengers about the modification of the schedule, saying that it decided to reduce the frequency of some of the flights planned for the second half of July, IPN reports.
According to the company, the changes in schedule and the reduction of the number of flights experienced by Air Moldova are the result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the war in Ukraine, crowdedness in airports and shortage of qualified staff.
If the flights are cancelled or the timetable is changed, the company is ready to fully refund the price of ticket (at the place of purchase), to change the date free of charge or to offer a voucher to the value of the bought ticket.
The persons who bought plane tickets for the period are urged to visit www.airmoldova.md and www.airport.md to see the status of the flight.
