The Falesti Court begins the examination of the case “Padurea Domneasca” on November 1. A man was wounded fatally during a hunting event that involved state functionaries in the natural reserve “Padurea Domneasca” last December, IPN reports.
The Prosecutor General’s Office completed the investigation in May and remitted the case to court. Former vice president of the Chisinau Court of Appeals Gheorghe Cretu was charged with the accidental killing of a man during hunting. Among other persons accused in this case are the former director of “Moldsilva” Agency Ion Lupu and other employees of the Agency.
The hunting took place on December 23, 2012. It involved Valeriu Zubco, who was prosecutor general in that period.
