A delegation of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) will be in Chisinau on a working visit during September 3-6, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting the Parliament's press service. The delegation is composed of 17 monitors representing the Group of the European People's Party (Christian Democrats), the Socialist Group, the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe, the Group of the European United Left, and the Venice Commission. It is headed by Andreas Gross, the head of the Socialist Group of the PACE. The members of the PACE delegation will have meetings with Acting President and Head of Parliament Mihai Ghimpu, and the leaders of the Alliance for European Integration and of the parliamentary Opposition.
