Oxana Radu, the young woman who was subject to maltreatment at the remand center of the Chisinau General Police Commissariat on April 7 and 8 last year recognized the policemen who ill-treated her. The officers are now under investigation, the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office (PG) has said, quoted by Info-Prim Neo. According to the PG, the legal case was opened on February 2 following complaints submitted by the victims. The police officers have been already questioned as suspects. Other steps will be taken to complete the investigation. Sisters Oxana and Ludmila Radu were arrested on April 7 in the evening and held at the remand center for five days.
