Owners or holders of fixed or mobile advertising devices who want to carry out political and electoral advertising activities during 2025 are obliged to submit the necessary applications to the Central Election Commission in order to be registered. CEC deputy chairman Pavel Postica reminded this at a meeting on Friday, IPN reports.
The documents to be submitted include the appropriate statement of intent and information on the conditions under which they offer advertising space and other related services.
Persons who do not provide the requested information will not be able to perform such economic activities.
