SA “Apa-Canal Chisinau” said more than 7,200 consumers had been served by its Information and Payments Section in March. These came to swiftly solve different problems and to pay for the services provided by the supplier, IPN reports.
The specialists of the company’s Information and Payments Section provided accounting services for 1,620 consumers, information services for 2,500 consumers, while almost 4,000 persons paid in cash for services and about 400 submitted applications.
In a press release, the company said the customers can go to office 101 located at 38 Albisoara St in Chisinau to get responses to any question about the water supply and sewerage service, starting with the elaboration of technical conditions for water supply and sanitation, coordination of the projects to build water supply and sewerage systems and signing of contracts for the provision of sewerage and drinking water supply services and ending with the paying of bills for the provided services.
More than 300,000 clients received information about the public water supply and sewerage service from the supplier’s Information and Payments Section during ten years of the institution of the section.
