More than 53,000 apartments in Chisinau collected debts of over 1,000 lei for heat by February 1. In order to recover the debts, the heat supplier will sue the bad payers, IPN reports.

In a communiqué, SA Termocom says that over 31,000 apartments have debts for heat of 1,000 to 3,000 lei, more than 7,000 apartments - of 3,000 to 5,000 lei, 4,000 apartments - of 5,000 to 7,000 lei, while 10,000 – of over 7,000 lei.

Termocom recommends the end-users to pay the debts so as to avoid being sued and incurring additional costs associated with court procedures.

Payments can be made at bank ranches, post offices, electronic payment terminals and at the commercial center of SA Termocom situated at 6 T. Vladimirescu St.
