More than 2,200 direct contracts have been signed by SA “Apă-Canal Chișinău” (ACC) with apartment owners or dwellers based on applications submitted by these so far this year. The water supplier said the process of signing contracts for the provision of the public water supply and sewerage service continues and applications can be filed daily to the ACC head office situated at 38 Albișoara St, IPN reports.

To become a direct consumer, the person should prepare a set of documents that would contain the standard application plus a copy of the identity card and of the dwelling ownership document, a copy of the last paid water bill and of the state metrological certificate of the meter (optional).

The required documents should be submitted to the company’s head office between 8am and 5pm on Monday through Thursday and between 8am and 3:45pm on Friday.

According to ACC, since the process was launched in October 2019 until the end of the same year, there were signed 164 direct contractors, the next year – 2,355, while last year – 10,139.
