More than 19,000 people who had different questions about the services provided by the National House of Social Insurance (CNAS) called the House’s Call Center during four months of its launch. In a press release, the CNAS says correct and equidistant answers were provided to all the questions, in accordance with the provisions of the current legislation.
Any citizen from Moldova and abroad can call on (022) 257777 from the landline or cellphone to get information about the setting, calculation and payment of pensions, allocations, assistance and compensations, allowances for temporary incapacity for work, allowances for families with children, maternity and paternity allowances.
The CNAS Call Center is available from Monday through Friday, between 8am and 5pm. Given that more calls came from people the last few days, the House’s administration decided that the Call Center will also be available on the Saturdays of July 11 and July 18, between 7am and 4pm.
As of July 8, the local houses of social insurance work between 7am and 5pm. The applications to have the old-age pension reexamined can be also submitted to the local houses of social insurance on July 11 and July 18, between 7am and 4pm.
