Over 100 explosive devices neutralized since beginning of August

Over 100 explosive devices were neutralized in the first half of August in the districts of Calarasi, Criuleni, Ialoveni, Dubasari and the Chisinau Municipality, by the National Army sappers, Info-Prim Neo learned from a press release of the Ministry of Defense.
According to lieutenant-colonel Mihail Semionov, commander of the National Army’s sapper squads, they executed 7 missions during which they destroyed 81 cartridges, 30 antiaircraft missiles, 5 artillery shells, 2 grenades and grenade launcher shot. He specified that most of the explosive devices were discovered in Bahmut village, Calarasi district.
This year, the National Army sappers destroyed over 2000 explosive devices in various localities throughout the country, overall.
