The 24th exhibition “Moldagroteh”, which was opened at Moldexpo on March 13, presents advanced technologies and modern equipment. The event, which was organized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry, involves 110 companies from nine countries, Info-Prim Neo reports. Acting Prime Minister Vlad Filat said he was impressed by the exhibition offer. No Government can say that they did everything for the people, in the given case for those working in agriculture, but the situation has improved. He expressed his optimism about the future of Moldova’s agriculture. Valeriu Bulgari, director of the 2KR project, approved of the presence of equipment and machinery that enables to develop conservative, no-till agriculture. The exhibit has a diversified related program. There will be held conferences centering on the investment policies in 2013, conservation and improvement of soil fertility, technology for intensive breeding of animals and fowl, etc. The event includes a contest themed “Useful for Moldova”, whose aim is to contribute to the technical and technological endowment of the industrial sector in Moldova. The contest involves 20 participants – local producers and distributors of foreign companies that produce agricultural machines and equipment, fertilizers and other articles needed in agriculture. “Moldagroteh” is organized two times a year, in spring and in autumn.
