Weather forecasters said the wind is expected to intensify during the next two days. The north-western wind will blow at a speed of 15-20 meters per second, or even 23 meters per second in parts, IPN reports.

Temporary interruptions in the supply of electric power and in communications are possible. Tree branches can be downed and some of the constructions can be partially unroofed. The State Hydrometeorological Service recommends avoiding passing and parking cars near trees and bypassing downed cables.

Starting with November 14, temperatures will decrease by 5-6 degrees Celsius on average.
