The Special Representative of the Serbian OSCE Chairperson-in-Office for the Transnistrian Settlement Process Ambassador Radojko Bogojević will visit Chisinau on Tuesday, June 30, 2015. Ambassador Bogojević is visiting Chisinau to meet with Victor Osipov, Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration and Moldovan Chief Negotiator, IPN reports.
According to a press release of the OSCE Mission to Moldova, Ambassador Bogojević will make a second visit to the region on July 7 to meet with Transnistrian Chief Negotiator Nina Shtanski in Tiraspol. Two separate visits are being made owing to the fact that the chief negotiators will not be in the country at the same time in July due to their travel schedules.
These back-to-back meetings, along with visits to Kyiv, Moscow and Brussels, reflect Ambassador Bogojević’s commitment to moving the dialogue forward and to finding a comprehensive and lasting solution to the settlement process. The OSCE Special Representative and the Mission to Moldova hope that these visits will revive the progress achieved during the meetings between the leaders of the two sides this spring.
