Some of the children from Morenii Noi, who lost their parents in the tragic accident on August 9, and some other children, whose parents are still hospitalized, have received aid from the Ministry of Labor, Social Protection and Family, reports Info-Prim Neo, quoting a communique from the institution. Minister Valentina Buliga offered aid to 4 children whose mom died in the crash. The children received food, school supplies, bed sheets and covers. Other 4 children, whose parents are still hospitalized after the crash, also have received aid. Valentina Buliga mentioned that a commission will be established, on the local authority level, for documenting and evaluating the situation in families where one or both parents have died. The commission will also rule upon the children’s statuses and their guardians, so that the latter can eventually receive guardianship allowances. Additionally, the commission will evaluate the states of all other families with children, who are direct or indirect victims of the accident, in order to offer them support in overcoming the situation and preparing their children for the following school year. 13 people died in last week’s traffic accident.
