Speaker Igor Grosu signed an order to convoke Parliament for the ordinary spring session starting with February 1, IPN reports.

The first sitting of the legislative body will be arranged by the Parliament’s Standing Bureau after drafting the agenda.

Initially, the MPs will work as part of the standing commissions and parliamentary groups and will raise a number of important subjects within commissions, which are to hold meetings. A number of commissions will stage public consultations on a series of bills, said the Parliament’s press service.
