Hot weather was forecast for the period between July 22 and 27. On July 22-24, the highest daytime temperatures in most of the districts will vary between 33 and 35°C, while on July 25-27 – between 36 and 38°C. A new orange code advisory for dog days was issued, IPN reports.

No rain is forecast for this week, while the wind will blow at a very low speed.

The Civil Protection and Emergencies Service put up again the tents providing shelter from the sun during dog days in the center of a number of towns and near markets. There are five such rehabilitation points in Chisinau, by one in each district.
