Open Doors Day at Baccalaureate centers on June 1

The Open Doors Day will be staged at Baccalaureate centers for students and parents on June 1. The head or secretary of the Baccalaureate center will once again tell the students how the exams will be held and what objects they can take with them in examination halls, IPN reports, quoting a communiqué of the Ministry of Education.

The same day, there will be posted the lists of students who will take Baccalaureate exams in alphabetic order, according to their specialization. Based on them, the students will be distributed to examination halls.

As many as 28,700 students will take four Baccalaureate exams at 104 centers between June 3 and 20 this year. The exams are: the language of study, the foreign language and the specialization subject, which are mandatory, and a subject of one’s choice. The other language speaking students will also take the test in the Romanian language, while the students of Bulgarian, Gagauz and Ukrainian ethnicity will have additionally an exam in the mother tongue.
