The Open Doors Day at the national Baccalaureate centers will be staged for candidates and parents on June 2 and 3. The decision was taken in a meeting of the Education Ministry’s administration and heads of district and municipal education divisions, IPN reports.

According to a communiqué from the Ministry, the same day there will be posted the lists of exam candidates in alphabetical order, based on which the students will be distributed to examination halls.

Acting Education Minister Maia Sandu asked those attending to make sure that the exams are held correctly. By an order signed by her on May 20, the collection of money for organizing the 2013 examination session in preuniversity education institutions was banned.

The costs of organizing and holding the exams are covered from the state budget and nobody is empowered to collect money for the purpose.

The 2013 Baccalaureate session starts on June 4.
