The Anti-Hail Service remained with 137 anti-hail rockets. According to the Service’s director Ion Garaba, this is a very low number as each of the 115 rocket launching units must have by at least 30 rockets in reserve. But they have no rockets at all, IPN reports.
A number of 30 rockets were used on June 30 in Calarasi district. No hail fell on the protected areas. But hail fell on June 27 and 28. Twelve of the 20 rocket launching units didn’t have rockets. During the last three days, in the country there were launched 100 rockets, which is two times less than necessary.
More than 5,700 rockets have been used since the start of the season.
